The GentleMax Pro Plus carries both 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelengths, allowing the wavelength to be matched to skin tone rather than treating every patient on one setting. Dynamic cooling protects the epidermis with each pulse.
Suitability is assessed at consultation. Where a combination approach gives a better result than a single modality, that is what will be recommended — and where a treatment is not warranted, that will be said plainly.
