Consultation, in practice

Every consultation at MILI Clinic Dosan is conducted one-to-one by Dr. Shin. For international patients this happens in English, without an interpreter in the room.

The sequence is consistent: the concern is heard in full, the face is assessed both at rest and in motion, and 3D imaging records contour and per-zone skin thickness. Only then is a plan proposed — and if the honest answer is that a treatment is not warranted yet, that is the answer given.

Front-desk communication with international patients is supported by translation, and Japanese- and Chinese-speaking staff are on site.
